Craig Baikie is the Pre-Construction Manager at Holmes Construction Waitaha, bringing more than 16 years of experience across consultancy and contractor environments.

He has worked on a wide range of healthcare, education, civic and commercial projects throughout Canterbury and New Zealand, including Te Kaha, Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre, Canterbury Museum, Christchurch Hospital and major developments for the University of Canterbury.

Craig specialises in construction planning and programme development, helping project teams establish clear pathways to delivery while identifying challenges early. His collaborative approach and practical mindset support successful outcomes for clients, consultants and project teams alike.
